The name LogOn Counseling is the aim and it is composed of the following elements:
LOGOS: Meaning is the guideline for all support processes. A mandate is only given when there is a clear prospect of meaningful solutions with real added value . As little support as
possible, as much as necessary.
ON: Clients always remain on top in the design and decision-making role for their organisation. We stimulate new thinking and solution approaches.
COUNSELING: We don't sell ready-made consulting products. Instead, we leverage our diverse and creative, experience-based methods to maximize the existing knowledge and experience of our clients. Individually tailored to each person and organization, step by step, toward new heights.

In this, I am deeply influenced, guided, and inspired by the teachings and human concept of Prof. Dr. Viktor Emil Frankl. He sees people as spiritually gifted, decisive individuals who, despite internal and external difficulties, realize themselves in freedom and responsibility, meaningfully and creatively in their various areas of life in this world. There is a threefold way of making life meaningful. By realizing values through:

Professional career
Over 20 years of management experience (11 years at PALFINGER AG, including as Head of Organizational Design & People Development, 3 years in the social and healthcare sector as Director PE & OE Klinik Diakonissen Schladming, Project Manager for the Lead Hospital Liezen, Head of Personnel and Identity Development Diakoniewerk, Deputy Managing Director Kreditkontrolle GmbH, as well as as an independent trainer and consultant.
